It goes without saying that every player enjoys traditional cash games but the real thrill of playing poker comes from tournaments. You won't find a better place for large-scale poker competitions with fantastic prizes than
Upon the completion of an individual tournament, the prize pools will be paid. If for some reason, a tournament is not completed, the money will be refunded to each player and the tournament rescheduled.
A tournament differs from cash games in many ways. The general playing of the game stays the same, but certain rules apply to tournaments only.
If for some reason, a player loses their connection, play continues. Blinds and antes continue to post automatically. If a player loses connection, the player should log back on as soon as possible and continue to play. A player who fails to reconnect will be blinded or anted out of the tournament.
The risk of disconnection always exists. At no time do we assume responsibility for a player being disconnected, regardless of the reason. A player disconnected during play of a hand will be given about 30 seconds to reconnect. If they are not able to do so, their hand will be folded unless they are "all-in." If a player chooses to sit out, they are seen as "away from the table" and will receive cards that are folded in turn. When appropriate, blinds will also continue. If a player times out or disconnects, they will be marked as "away from the table" until the appropriate box is unchecked and they rejoin the game.
A player joins by clicking the "Tournament" tab in the lobby and choosing tournament that is still registering new players. When the tournament starts, the table opens automatically. The seats are assigned randomly. It is important to note that when a player is involved in the maximum number of tables allowed (three tables in Top View and one in Side View), a dialogue box pops up asking the player whether they'd like to quit one of the tables and the tournament table launches. They are then marked as "away from the table" until they join the tournament. Blinds increase at regular intervals as the tournament progresses and are called "levels." Unlike in cash games, blinds must be posted and cannot be skipped. This is done automatically and to ensure fairness to every player a "dead" button can be used to achieve this result.
The number of players at each table is balanced by the software and as players are eliminated from play, players may be reseated at a different table. As this occurs randomly, it may occur several times during a single tournament. As the number of remaining players reduces, the software closes tables in order of the highest available until the final table is reached. Once a player loses all their chips, they are removed from the table automatically unless a "Buy In" is available. This means a facility is provided that allows a player to purchase a new set of chips for a limited time.

Pay-outs for tournaments may vary so it is important to check the Terms and Conditions for each one before registering.
A single-table tournament is a tournament played on one table with up to ten players involved. They are run on what is called a fill-and-go basis. As players register, seats fill and as soon as the table is full, the tournament begins. No break periods are allowed, and the tournament continues until it is finished. Three prizes are available. The winner takes 50%, second takes 30%, and third takes 20%. Buy-in stakes vary widely, and they can be viewed by checking the "Tournaments" tab while in the lobby.
Both the Single Table tournaments and Multi-Table Tournaments can qualify players for special tournaments. These qualifiers are called Satellite Tournaments and winners get a seat at the main event.
